About GBU

In 2016, GBU was originally launched on YouTube as a platform to capture adventure. In 2018, GBU designed and produced hand-crafted survival bands for US military members and that morphed into a small business venture called GBU. In 2019, GBU expanded to include books, apparel, hand-crafted jewelry, survival gear and a custom line of survival bands.

In 2020, GBU became an officially licensed business and expanded with clothing and high-quality, Jeep Wrangler upgrades. Additionally, GBU partnered with TruPatriot for apparel and also launched a signature line of beef jerky including numerous flavors and some extremely hot varieties.

GBU plans to expand and add new items in 2021, & seeks partnership with like-minded patriots.

About the Founder

Brian Hargis

As a former cop & veteran US Army Green Beret, Brian lives a life of adventure associated with the adrenalized lifestyles. He seizes every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, engage in the substantial (often dangerous) & make an impact on lives. Whether hiking, skydiving, scuba diving, rock climbing, hunting, or motocross - he lives life to the fullest & inspires you to do the same.

Professionally, Brian has multiple roles. His passion is living the call of God everyday & challenging people to identify their strengths to reach their potential for God. His greatest strength is leadership, and he thrives most in preaching, teaching, developing and training.

Brian is an influencer, motivator & encourager. He believes that every interaction is an exchange of positive or negative influence. Each interaction is an opportunity to make a life-lasting investment in people. Whether engaged in preaching, coaching or simply leading marriage seminars - he is fueled by the realization that (1) life is short, (2) eternity is forever, (3) God has a unique purpose for everyone, & (4) what we do matters.
